We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to support our Injury Management and Rehabilitation team as an Administration Assistant. You will be assisting our national team of Rehabilitation Consultants to deliver a high-quality service to our clients.

This role will be based in our Alexandria office. We are flexible with working hours with both part time and full time hours considered.

The role will include a variety of administration tasks such as:
  • Invoicing support - managing and maintaining invoicing for our contractors;
  • Using our systems to set up new referrals while maintaining accurate data entry;
  • Owning and maintaining critical business email inboxes including triaging and allocating emails;
  • Answering phones and email queries across the injury management & rehabilitation business and directing to the relevant staff;
  • Any other general administration duties required by our Rehabilitation division.
About you:

You are a talented communicator who engages well both face to face and over the phone. You have exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills. You are organised and understand the importance of delivering a high-quality service.

You must possess the following key attributes:
  • Demonstrated administration experience (minimum 1 year).
  • Demonstrated experience working with invoicing.
  • Experience in the insurance industry (highly regarded but not essential).
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Time management and organisational skills are a must.
  • A confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
